STS designed & coordinated a remodel at the D’AGOSTINO on 91st & Columbus Ave, NYC. The remodel focused on the existing Produce Department, existing Lighting, existing open frozen food case, New Grab and Go department, a New Hot Food Bar island and a Cold Beverage Department.
STS designed a New Dry Produce display to located all the dry produce in the front of the store to make room for the New Grab & Go department. The New Grab & Go department was design with a Prepared Foods Grab & Go case, Self Service (S.S.) Hot Rotisserie Chicken, S.S. Hot Soup Bar, S.S. Coffee and a Chips / Muffin display.
STS redesigned the center isle of the Produce department and made room for a Self Service Hot Food Bar Island.
In the Frozen food department, the replacement of the existing open frozen food case with a New Tall Frozen Food Door case allowed the redesigning of the shelving units along the back side of the new case and provide the room to add The is store Amazon Locker.
STS redesigned the Lighting over the Produce, Grab & Go & Deli departments with LED fixtures.
